5. The system may change your password for security reasons.
6. The product's expiration date is NOT cumulative when purchasing multiple products. The account is limited to about 30 days.
7. The product is currently only supported for viewing in Vietnam and some Southeast Asian countries.

Warranty period

Refuse warranty if the customer attempts to change the password and account information as well as violate the terms of the product.

SC will revoke the account when the customer violates the policy. Especially in the following cases:

- The customer arbitrarily changes the account information including login email and password.

- The customer arbitrarily changes the payment information/account package.

- The customer shares the account, uses more than 1 device at a time.

The Shop's account will be registered to use Netflix's Premium (UltraHD) package, supporting 4K quality if your network connection and playback device meet the requirements. On mobile devices, you can only watch the maximum quality of 1080p.

7. There are many movies shown on Netflix but I can't find them, why?
There are some movies that are only shown in certain areas, if you want to watch them, you need to use software that supports faking IP through that area.

8. Can I actively adjust the resolution when watching movies?

No. Netflix will automatically adjust based on the network speed you are using.

9. Which browser can I watch Netflix in 4k resolution on?

You can use the Microsoft Edge and Safari web browsers on macOS 11.0 or later to support watching Netflix in 4k resolution.

10. What should I do if my account has an error while using it?
Don't worry, please contact our customer service department immediately, we will handle the error you encounter as soon as possible. Our customer service department is online from 8:30 am to 11:30 pm.

11. Can I change the language of my Netflix account?
You can change the language freely with the account provided by SC. You can click HERE to change the language.

12. Can Netflix's subtitles be resized?
You can adjust the size, font, and color of the subtitles.

13. Why can't I watch the subtitles of some movies after changing the language and interface to Vietnamese?
Vietnamese subtitles or voiceovers will depend on each program, not all programs or movies have them.

14. Can I play Netflix games on my Shop account?

No. Netflix no longer supports Netflix Game for Vietnamese accounts.

15. Can I download movies to my device to watch offline?
Yes, but you should only download movies on your most used device and connect to the internet at least once every 7 days.
